Refund policy

As a small business, we value your business and hope that you are fully happy with what you buy from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to do our best to make it right. 

Domestic online orders for Chicky Dickies brand products are eligible for exchange store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. We must receive your return within 14 days of the order date. We are unable to offer free shipping on returns. 

Unfortunately due to transit times, tariffs and duties, we are unable to accept returns for international orders. ORDERS THAT SHIP OUTSIDE THE US ARE FINAL SALE.

For items that are shipped directly from our partner brands, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section on the product page as return windows may vary. 

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. 

Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Chicky Dickies is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend you ship your return via a traceable courier with a signature required or purchase shipping insurance. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed. 

Only regular-priced items may be returned. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We are not able to offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to the markdown.
